Hey, I’m Haddie! I have an American passport, was born in North Carolina, grew up in Senegal, met my Québécois husband while working in Cameroon, and now we live in Alberta, Canada. It’s been 7 years since I’ve had the same address for more than 12 months. I’m looking forward to finally breaking that streak this year! I’m currently pursuing a Masters in Political Science & Public Policy Analysis & I hope to live and work in West Africa again in the not-too-distant future.

Hello! My name is Johanna and I am an MK from West Africa. My husband, Justice, and I are currently attending College of the Ozarks in Missouri. I graduate this May and Justice graduates in December.

In September we will welcome a little girl into our beautiful chaos. We have no idea what we are doing with our lives but we are loving Jesus and people along the way.

Hi, I'm Katie! With my almost-20 years split between Jerusalem, Jordan and England, I've never had an easy time answering where I'm from. However, I'm passionate about how Jesus' message transcends any and every barrier created by ethnicity or culture. I currently live and work in England, as part of an Anglican Church.

Hi, I’m Anna, and I like dragons. I hope that you like reading what I have to write, that it brings you some joy or peace. I can’t wait to start!

Hey! My name is Gabi, I am 23 and a missionary kid with a Brazilian passport. I spent many years of my life in West Africa and moving around a lot.  My family moved back to Brazil when I was 17 and I stayed there for 5 years getting college done, serving in church and God’s kingdom, learning how it is to live in one house for 5 years for the first time and spending a lot of time with God and learning his purposes for me. I am now back in West Africa at the school I graduated from, working with MKs in the dorms and teaching art.. and many other things! God has put an enormous love for MKs in my heart and I want to continue taking care of MKs and missionaries. Let’s see where God takes me in the future!

Hi there! // Bonjour! // Saalam Alaikuum!

My name is Grace and some have said that "Words cannot express exactly the full magnitude that is Grace." I believe that to be true because I was intricately woven together in my mother's womb by the merciful hand of God & I don't know that words do something like that justice. I was born in Massachusetts but moved to France for 1 1/2 years to learn another language to be able to communicate in my home country, Senegal. My parents still serve in Senegal & my little sister will be finishing up her high school career in 3 years to join me in college in the US.  I'm so excited to be joining this group of talented women as we seek to express our desire to model our Heavenly Father in reaching out to others with love through the stories we share here.

With that, happy reading!

My name is Rébecca. I'm 21 years old, a Swiss-English MK. From the age of 2 our family of 6 lived in various West African countries. My family and I moved "back" to Switzerland almost 2 years ago. I'm not really European, but I'm not exactly African either. In all the uncertainty, travelling and change in my life I feel incredibly blessed that God has been my constant, my rock, my everything.

Hello! I'm Simona, and I collect countries like shiny Pokémon. So far I have Germany, Britain, Canada, Sénégal, and Papua New-Guinea under my belt. Currently in Germany, I'm studying linguistics with no idea where I'm going to end up next - alphabetizing an unwritten language for future bible translations would be the obvious answer. But do I really want to follow in my mother's footsteps - just because it's the only thing I know?? I'm an MK, there's no denying, but I want to know what else God has in store for me - here's to many more years of flying by the seat of my pants and discovering new things in the process!

Hey my name is Salome, I'm 19yrs old and half German, half Swiss but grew up in Chad until I was 10. Eventhough I have been living in Switzerland for 9 years, I still don't quite feel fully Swiss and tend to relate more to internationals. Spending almost 6 months in Southafrica last year, made me realize how much I love foreign countries and I have a passion for young women and showing them how much value they have! I love giving people new hope and the good news, especially those who have never heard it!
